Your Voice, Our Power

Social Action

“YOUR VOICE, OUR POWER” Social Action Campaign is a nonpartisan, inclusive civic engagement initiative designed to empower women of color, youth, community members, and allies to learn, lead, and take meaningful action. Through collaborative organizing, community dialogue, and solution-driven activities, participants come together to build a unified voice that drives systemic change. Over the course of seven months, the campaign transforms community engagement into measurable outcomes that strengthen and uplift our neighborhoods.

Social Action Campaign Objectives

  1. Increase voter turnout and get out the vote this election cycle, through voter registration, outreach, education and grassroot organizing activities such as canvassing and targeted outreach, in hope for change and a better election outcome for our communities.
  1. Establish and sustain beyond this election cycle, a metro-wide collaborative of at least thirty dedicated nonprofit, community, and advocacy organizations to form a unified voice on local and state issues that impact the community in areas of education, healthcare, economics, criminal justice reform, and the environment.
